Jello Jewels
4 Jello Recipes

Blackberry Jello
by Cherie Logan,
Yes...I did this all by myself in desperation.  I wanted something elegant and easy to make people think I'm a really good cook.  It does the job beautifully...and if you use an abundant amount of frozen blackberries it also does quite a job on the budget!

Berry Jello
Frozen Blackberries
Cool Whip
Make jello.  Immediately after dissolving the jello and adding the cold water add the frozen berries.  I like to add enough berries so that the jello barely covers them.  Chill.  When firm, top with Cool Whip.

Blueberry Salad
by Terri Freeman of May Creek
from Pieced Together with Love

1 (15 oz) can blueberries, drained (reserve juice)
1 (8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 sm. pkgs. raspberry Jello
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. whipping cream

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water (use fruit juice as part of liquid.)  Chill until slightly set.  Cream the cream cheese.  Beat into Jello.  Add berries, pineapple and celery.  Whip the whipping cream and fold into mixture.  Chill until set.  Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.

Kitchen Chaos Index
References and Resource Recommendations

Managing a kitchen in a large family can be a pretty exhausting task.  It certainly isn't something that can take care of itself!  With that in mind I am always looking for ways to make the kitchen experience easier, more enjoyable, or just plain manageable.  Mega cooking, recipes, teaching children how to cook, organizing the kitchen are just some of the topics addressed in my Kitchen Chaos series.  This index contains the entire series, not just the recipes.

Kitchen Chaos Individual Recipe Index

I have posted more than one recipe on each of my cooking pages.  For your convenience I have submitted this individual index so you can find which recipe is on which page.  I hope you enjoy them.  Remember that my recipes are altered to be for a family of twelve.  If your family is smaller, many of the recipes can be prepared as is and then divided and frozen for additional meals during stressful times.  This index is just for listing the recipes and does not include the other kitchen and cooking articles.
